Balcony Insights Systems is a software company focused on one sector and one mission: giving Tribal Housing Authorities the tools to run with confidence.
Our founders come from the world of tribal housing accounting, procurement, and compliance. We have worked alongside housing authorities on fee accounting, procurement, warehouse and inventory management, self-monitoring, and policy development, and we saw the same problem repeatedly: general-purpose software was never designed for the way tribal housing programs are funded, audited, and governed.
Balcony Insights Systems was founded to close that gap with a platform built specifically for this work, backed by people who understand it.
